Ordered a pizza NO mushroom , drive in from Gracemere to collect pizza only to get home to find pizza covered in mushroom , poor service , an now because they stuff up order we are suppose to collect

Ordered the 3 x 3 didn't get our drink and didn't get my anchovies on my pizza which we paid extra for. Wondering what the owner would say if we charged him for something we did not fix properly in his store. (Names withheld). Amazing how some business's just want to screw people over, but thoughs business's never know who their customers work for. Poor bloody standards of practice.

Waited 50 minutes, messed up my order twice and only told me that it’s going to be a longer wait. Watched people walk in after, order at the counter and walk out before me. Steer well clear. Got a refund but wasted almost an hour of my life.

Boss Ordered pizzas for a work meeting at 10am to be delivered at 1230pm got to 1pm still no pizzas, So called the shop the it transfer to North Rocky who said they have technical difficulties atm. Would of been nice to get a call to say they couldn't do our order that we booked hours in advance.

Preordered pizzas an hour before pick up time on a Thursday afternoon. Once arrived at the store, pizzas were still 45minutes late. We asked when we arrived and we’re informed they hadn’t even started our order yet. Spoke to the staff behind the counter as we were now running late and our young children crying. We were informed that we would receive a store credit and to just tell them our name next time we order.2 weeks my partner rang the store while I drove into town to collect the pizzas. I spoke to a staff member who said that the manager was on the phone to my partner. I waited over 30 minutes in store to then have the manager tell me that they had no record of our store credit.This isn’t the first time this store has either given us the wrong order, made us wait excessive time lengths with no warning or just left things out of our order. But it will be the last time we deal with them.The store is filthy and I witnessed staff handling the pizza dough with their bare hands after scratching themselves and handling money.

Part of our order was a Creamy Mushroom Alfredo pasta. When I started eating it, it seemed a lot like one of their Mac and Cheese options - with some mushrooms on top. It was warm at the edges and cold in the middle, so we took it back. They cooked another one (about a 15 min wait), and this time, it was very hot, had spiral pasta instead of macaroni and the correct sauce. Much better, apart from the overcooked, rock hard pasta around the edges. Perhaps the biggest problem could be that most of the young staff were standing around chatting and laughing quite a lot rather than concentrating on the job at hand.

pizzas always make me sick too much oil or under cooked cheese is hardly cooked too just the smell of it is horrible and garlic bread and lava cake are the only good thing. besides drinks but the delivery drivers amazing customer service . never been in store so wouldn't know the state of it sure its okay or they wouldn't be open. just please check the temp on pizzas just make sure cooked . besides that A for effort .

Ordered online. Went into store at advised time. I was told my order wouldn’t be long. While I waited the two managers/owners bickered constantly before leaving. One was in my opinion, quite rude to the staff also. After half an hour waiting I asked again how my order was going. I was told it had been “lost” and I was offered a refund. Very disappointed with my experience

I had the bbq meat lovers with extra anchovies and it tasted great ..and the leftovers heated up perfect in the airfryer,the flavour was more intense as it infused ..great to eat for anytime of day and night , ribs were nice and spicy per requested order and Mac and cheese was nice and hot in temperature...I was set for watching home alone,lead up to xmas
