The place was dirty, dirty benches, bugs and cockroaches on them, old meat, meat with toppings dropped in of cheese and carrots. Barley put anything on my subway. Only served one of us while I still waiting and ignored me until we said I want one aswell. Rude lady, didn’t look like she wanted to be there.

Rating: 1/5I have to admit, my latest visit to Subway was absolutely abysmal and was a quintessential demonstration of how not to deliver customer service. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a palpable wall of indifference that tarnished the reputation Subway has held for me.Upon entering the establishment, I was faced with an extensive wait of five minutes before even being acknowledged. This was not due to the staff being occupied with other customers, but because of a seemingly unending phone conversation that was filled with giggles and non-work-related banter. Her disregard for the waiting customers, myself included, was both evident and distastefully unprofessional.When I was finally attended to, the sandwich-making skills of the staff left much to be desired. Their lack of attention to detail resulted in an overstuffed footlong sub that was more of a messy concoction than a well-structured sandwich. What made this worse was the employee complaining about the overflowing sandwich as if it was my fault when I had merely asked for the standard ingredients.Throughout my interaction, the staff member’s attitude remained blatantly rude. It was clear that the focus was more on having personal conversations and making jokes than it was on ensuring a quality customer experience. The way she treated her duties, and by extension, the customers was an affront to the customer service industry.If Subway has any intention of maintaining its reputation, it should address these glaring issues in its staff training and service standards. The absence of even basic politeness and the apparent lack of skill in creating their signature product are things I found particularly alarming.In terms of Net Promoter Score (NPS), my experience today would result in a staggering -10. I would be reluctant to recommend Subway to others based on this experience, and it has left a sour taste in my mouth that would make me think twice about returning.This experience was a stark departure from the usual quality one expects from Subway, and it was disheartening to see such a lack of dedication and professionalism from the staff. It was a disservice not only to the customers but also to the Subway brand as a whole. I hope that this review might lead to improvements in their customer service for the sake of future customers.

I see a lot of reviews concerning the impolite staff and honesty can see what y’all mean. However went today and there was a super nice staff named Janka I think she might be newSuper chill very polite we really haven’t seen a subway staff like her at eight mile plains in a while :D

This is for Saturday 13th may night time.Ordered Uber eats, one veggie delight with all ingredients and one meatball melt with all ingredients except pickles and olives. Also ordered 6 cookies.The veggie delight had several missing ingredients. The meatball melt was non existent. Instead received a sandwich with no meatballs, missing half of the ingredients AND pickles and olives.Only 3 of the cookies were correct.Contacted Uber eats and will be getting a full refund. The person I spoke with has said they have received numerous complaints from this specific store about wrong orders and will be looking into it. I advise against ordering from this store at least for delivery.

Food is fine, customer service and putting the customers first verse running jobs around the store are two different expectations.Two customers, 5 staff, 19 minutes to get two subs due to staff not being customer focused, instead focusing on orders for lunch. Young lady who served was great, the rest not even acknowledging us, not wearing full uniform or hair protection with pony tail etc.Won't be back.

Purchased a subway & thought it look stale, when i bit into it it nearly broke my tooth! Then went back a week later first thing in morning & asked the Indian girl is this fresh bread" she said "its yesterday bread" I just walked straight out & will never be back!"

Absolutely appalled, the lady serving me came out from the back from cleaning without washing her hands or putting any gloves on she then proceeded to make a sub for me, I was disgusted and chose to only get cookies. Thinking surely she will use tongs or gloves now. Nope, She then picked up the cookies out of a Tupperware container with her bare hands and placed them in a bag for me. Worst experience, I payed for the cookies and now I don’t even want to eat them.

The food was delicious, the sub nicely wrapped, but they did run out of carrot. However I entered the store when there was no other customers inside. The lady working there barely acknowledged my existence and proceeded to keep on finishing her menu log order. It would have been nice for her to say that she was just finishing up and might be a while but she just glanced at me and maybe murmured a hi." So I just waited for a couple of minutes for her to finish her sub and when we actually got to making my sub

This is the WORST subway I have ever been to in my entire life! At least 5 or 6 times I have come here with my kids and they don’t have any meatballs…what kind of subway doesn’t have meatballs? At least 5 times I have ordered online and I have arrived at the time it was meant to be collected and I have had to wait 30-45 minutes because there is only 1 employee on…. Never have I had a good experience with this store. Several times I have driven to the next closest subway and never had an issue. This subway is terrible do not go there!
