Love training here! The instructors are extremely helpful and encouraging. If anyone is considering it, I’d highly recommend giving it a go. The classes are not only fun but also challenging and it feels great to grade and accomplish mile stones!

I normally train at another Sun Bae club (since 2016), but I visit Newmarket as often as my schedule allows (which is free to club members). Instructor Shirly is an excellent instructor. Her classes are always well planned, full of cardio and cater for all skill levels. I am very grateful for her technical expertise and advice. Thank you Instructor Shirly!

I started training at Sun Bae Newmarket in 2011 and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Instructor Shirly offers a high standard of training and shows great enthusiasm in class which caters to both beginner and current students. This club has taught me self defence, etiquette and self discipline. During this time I've gained more confidence and new friends.

I have been training at Sun Bae's Newmarket centre for a bit over three years now. Instructor Shirly's classes have really motivated and pushed me forward, not only in Taekwondo, but in general fitness as well. Even after all these years, I'm still excited to go to class due to the great variety of activities and exercises we do and also due to the friendly atmosphere of the class.
