Service is good but the IT system supporting the app and the web site are not good - can't get them to sync the pick up date and now have a pick up rescheduled to two weeks after last pick up instead of planned 12 weeks! Nothing fixed despite pointing out IT issues several times.

What an easy, safe and simple service. Arranging the collection on the net was so simple and was done before I even realised. Collection was exactly when they said it would be and the containers counted quickly. Thanks guys.

Great services. Why?... cleanliness area + fans to reduce the odours + trolleys to use + a sink with soap to wash your hands + change to cash with dockets in a machine next to you. Lastly, just hand over the full cartons to a staff inside, they'll count them for you instead of doing yourself. They're amazing, no cheating for sure!

I get this app after the lockdown announced. Normally, we will head to Return-It facilities for this matter; however, it is not possible during lockdown.Return-It recommended us this app for containers pick-up without charges when you use code LOCKDOWN.Really happy with it so far, and will continue to use it until lockdown lifted.

Quickly and easily got the pick up set up. Received a bunch of friendly reminders to put the bags out, how to label and where to place them. Polite young fellah in a big van pulled up and grabbed the bags. All to easy. Good job :)

Do not bother to use the app to book a pickup as they will not turn up.Happened last year during lockdown - for several days in a row.Again booked a pickup several days ago snd they failed to show up today.App simply shows time they will come and then once that time passes it just says the whole day window but day doesn’t change.May as well save them up for post lockdown.

Great professional service, very easy to use, pick up your cans/bottles from your door and they put your money straight onto your recollect account. Makes recycling so easy!
