I've been here a number of times recently and I'm consistently met with very poor customer service with one exception where one chap greeted me and provided good, friendly service. The others need to learn how to treat customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.

Great people to deal with the service is the best I've ever had.

The biggest rip off merchants I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. I took my boat trailer there to get a new set of wheel bearings fitted on one side, they charged me $165 dollars for this 10 minute, $20 dollar service. When I questioned this exorbitant bill, I was told it took the mechanic over an hour to do it, how the hell did it take an hour with a full workshop of the correct tools? The previous week the opposite wheel fell off the trailer and I was able to replace the races and bearings in ten minutes on the side of the road with only a broken set of pliers, a hatchet for a hammer and a flathead screwdriver for a punch, the only tools I had in my ute unfortunately. And not to mention it was the first time I had to perform this task of changing wheel bearings. Now if this is not bad enough, the mechanic has fitted the wrong size seal in the hub and will do nothing to keep the dirt and water out and I had to replace it myself with the right size marine seal today. For someone charging $130 dollars for ten minutes work, you would think they would no that the seal was the wrong size. Oh well, they cut there nose off to spite their face, for ripping me off over $100 dollars, I am going to buy a new 40 horsepower 4 stroke for my current boat and give it to my son and buy a brand new 5 meter plus boat package this Easter, was going to buy through these muppets until they robbed me, but will now be going back to J V marine for these purchases.

Meet with poor customer service over phone and also in store .Was told my give minute lawn mower fix would be ready when I dropped it off, came back when then told me( 2 days later ) and it still wasn't ready. Not good . Dissatisfied with the outcome
