Worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. They clearly overbooked so I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time. Did an absolute rush job on the mani pedi. Nails were not even and instead of actually cleaning up my cuticles she just went along and tapped them once. Then she only did 2 layers of shellac so it looked streaky and patchy. Charged me $77 dollars for a rubbish job and now 4 days later the shellac has already started peeling off my fingers and I’ve had to remove the lot. Wish they had just told me to go somewhere else instead of wasting my time and money.

I've been going to this nail shop for about two years as it's convenient and longer hours than some other shops. Usually just a pedicure and colour and shellac nail polish.On my most recent visit, standard pedicure and colour and shellac, nothing out of the ordinary however 3 days later one of my nails break so I return to get it fixed and was charged $5. 1 day later, another breaks and I return again to get it fixed and charged another $5. 3 days after that a third nail breaks so i return and ask for the remaining nails to have acrylic given my nails have obviously been made too thin when I had my shellac colour redone. After waiting 35 minutes, I'm in there for a total 1.5 hours and was charged $50. So after spending $95 and about 6 hours for each time I've had to visit the shop, I am left with the same nails I originally went in for when I first went in.What an absolute waste of time and money! Such a joke. If I had known it'll take $95 and 6 hours of my life I'm never getting back I wouldn't have even bothered. Plenty of other nail shops around or I'd even be happy with my natural nails for that time and money. Really disappointed and felt I was taken for a ride. If reapplying the shellac meant they had to make my nails really thin and breakable then least they could do is let me know and I could've made an informed choice as opposed to stringing my along and wasting my time and money.

Worst nails I’ve ever done in Canberra. Waiting time is extremely long while the final work looks terrible. I double checked with the nail lady if the design is too difficult for her, cause I can change to some simpler ones if she is not good at blending the colour. She refused and done a horrible job. Even the basic manicure has been done under average. 4 out of 10 nails still sharp after she completed the final touches. When I went back to get the nails refiled, she planning to use the nail file which is just using to sharping another lady’s foot. Disgusting!

Lovely, friendly team. Great results. It's also more peaceful than going to somewhere in Westfield.
