Since EB and Zing lismore has combined the level of customer help has gone down hill extremely. Boxes has damaged, stock isn’t presented correctly and when you ask at least twice a week if the preorders for the PS5 have opened back up, they don’t tell you and yet again you miss out. Bring back Avery so we can get our customer service back

If youre looking to buy expensive tech here. Pass on it. Getting a refund is near impossible even with a clear malfunction. Even getting a replacement is its own ordeal. $300+ down the drain on a headset where the mic doesn't work correctly. One month old. The employees were suspicious towards me and passive aggressive. I will not be buying from here ever again and will try the ballina store for my refund and never coming back.

Do not shop here!!! Expensive items break within a couple of months.They are rude and on the verge of aggressive. Horrible customer service!I recommend never stepping foot in this shop.If I could give zero stars I would.

I like both Eb games and Zing, but i am missing seeing all the Zing Guys, they have Niche knowledge as to different anime's and other kind of niche anime's and pop culture references, They also have great customer service and are very helpful for when knowing if there are any pop vinyl's and figurines from anime's and comics that i like and collect. I am hoping to see them in more in the coming months and all that.

I understand the merging with Zing from a business point of view, but what happened to all of the amazing staff members that I built rapport with? Sarah, Michael and Sabina in particular all had extensive product knowledge and always went above and beyond with providing quality service! Zing had a vibe, an energy that came with the staff. I've been to the new store twice since the merging, and it feels unwelcoming, bland, boring and the guy who works there tried to butt in when I was already being served by Sabina. Dissapointing result, and makes me want to spend my money elsewhere..
