Everybody at the company from John and Sally-Ann to our electrician on the day, Antonio, were polite, efficient and the work was excellent. Antonio had a lot more to do to reconnect some lights of ours(like taking off roofing!!) - he just got it done without a complaint and was very quick. Cant recommend more. Wouldnt use anyone else for future work. Thanks team

I’ve used John and his team for a number of years for domestic services. I’ve always found the work to be good and prices reasonable. But what I like the most is that he is an excellent communicator and very professional. It’s hard to find that kind of punctuality in tradesmen these days.

Had an issue with a damaged NBN wall socket when we moved into our unit and needed help pronto as I work from home! John made a special effort to attend as quickly as possible, keeping me informed on the way through and fixed the issue getting me up and running again in no-time! Really appreciated his understanding of my situation and the fact that even though this might have just been a very small (ie small fee) job, he really treated me and my situation with as much respect as any other larger (ie more financially viable!) job might have been treated. John gave great advice and explained everything when he came to inspect the work we needed done. Shortly afteer that he sent a concise, clear quoation. Once we accepted it online he ordered the equipment and gave us a date for the works. Then with no further communication John showed up on the date with all of the equipment ordered and ready. Very neat and tidy. When we took a deep breath and went online to look for an electrician, John was exactly who we hoped to find.

THE BEST electritician in CAIRNS.The owner (Johnny) came to my place to have a look at the electrical issues that needed to be fixed. He’s really friendly and professional, so he sorted out several complex issues proficiently, and he was also very reasonable/considerate of my budget.This is the only electritician Cy in Cairns that I trust 100% will sort out any issues to perfection (I.e. - in my case they separated the power bills of a studio that’s attached to my property)- so this was the only electriticians in Cairns that were capable to do it and for a reasonable budget!
