Updating my review in response to the proprietor's feedback to my previous review and also to give some more context into my review / rating and to help you make some changes so that others can leave your premises with a better experiences.After getting my car washed as I drove out of the bay in the designated lane , which is a one way by design, I saw that my path was clearly blocked by a red Audi A1. I assumed the car was about to move however, to my surprise the driver continued adjusting side mirrors while one of your staff started what appeared to be applying some finishing polish to the car. I requested them to back up a little bit so that I could exit however, both ignored me. There was enough room at the back for the car to back up a few inches and allow me to exit but despite requesting second time, both your staff and the driver ignored me as if I wasn't present there. Clearly this was intentional , rude and thus poor service. I waited patiently assuming this will be over in a couple of minutes however your staff kept working through the entire car as it blocked my way without any notice or acknowledgement to my request. It wasn't over here the driver continued to deliberately stall me by pretending to adjust his mirrors and other settings before finally clearing my way after asking me to get f'ed.Now, If you say you know me and you this was unfolding right in front of your eyes, on your premises, you could have intervened avoided this from getting escalated. However, you did not and this again goes to show that you probably don't care about all customers equally. That is Ok with me as it is your business and you choose how to run it however, I will take your advice and take my business elsewhere. And despite this if you think I am rude then that is Ok, you are entitled to your opinions.All the above constitutes to - Rude staff, negative experience and poor customer service. Try at your own risk.

I Just washed my car interior and exterior for 65$ at car wash. The car had smudges on the exterior and the inside was poorlycleaned. When I showed the gentlemen who washed the car who had missing front teeth" so you can easily identify him

This is the result of the tunnel wash. Operator offered no refunds. Poor service. Not even the offer of a free wash or run through again. Main owner/operator away sick, so person there at the moment doesn't understand that this is not a good job!! The quality of the service is poor. Try another place. Photos attached as proof, taken just 10 minutes after wash.

Quoted $250 for a full detail. Came back an hour later, only the interior cleaned, they tried to argue the point that the quote was for an interior detail only. I Insisted on having the outside washed, which they begrudgingly did at no extra charge". Granted the interior clean was well done

THIEVES!I show up to this place. I choose the highest most expensive service of superior wash. I pay these people $65.They vouch to clean the boot as part of the service. After completion, I inspect my boot. It was NOT CLEANED.On top of that, I had an imported premium interior cleaning spray that I had kept in the boot. When I check next, I notice the spray is GONE. STOLEN. These are some sad bludgers.Give me my money back!

I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle to this car wash. Took my vehicle for an internal/external wash. It took about 15 minutes. The internal was not vacuumed, fruit drink spills on the dashboard, windshield not visited, car mats not even touched, shoe marks on ........and the workers were arrogant. Got supervisor/cashier attention to this ineptness. Not much luck as she had no control over her workers. Advise is; take your vehicle for cleaning at your own risk. The service is disgusting!!!! LESSON LEARNT.

Caring and professional. My car is an old workhorse minivan, but the staff here treated me like my car was brand new and took great care to clean and detail the car in the same way - getting it to a level I've not seen it at for years. Thank you.

After several bad experience (and COSTLY) with car wash services, I finally find a new go-to. It's a little ways away from me but worth the drive. Give it a try and you be the judge

If I could give zero stars I would.Car wash was average but the most dissapointing thing was that I am 99.9% sure that the guy who washed my car stole my wireless headphones out of the storage compartment. Only realising when returning home they were missing.Stay away!

The shop looks like having an new owner. The owner is very friendly and so kind send me two vouchers for free. Service is great and quick. Like it here and will recommend to my friends.
