Do not stay at this property!2.5 hour delayed check inn due to room being unserviced.Key pick up is from a sushi shop under the complex.Was sent to the wrong car parkAfter arriving I found the carpet and kitchenware was filthy.Coat hangers ,food and use tissues under the bed.Spare blankets provided smell like perfume and had hair on them.Cleaner asked to access the room to lend a broom????No information provided about Internet or anything for that matterPictures provided about the room Is nothing like the room or viewUpon complaining about these matters after finally getting in contact with management I was accused of the soiled carpet.The PR at this property should be disgusted with theirselves and how the property is run!
