The service manager in First National Real Estate has been very responsive in their services - For example, during my tax reporting, I asked for a specific report and she provided me the report in a timely manner. Love their professional services and their attention to address the needs of their clients.

We had been a long time customer of First National until recently when , we believe their negligence left us out of pocket by thousands of dollars. Due to this, we certainly would not recommend this property manager to anyone looking for a good property manager for their property.I hope it is not too much to expect your property manager to keep on top of all important communications, especially the ones received from the council. Our property manager failed to notify us about an important letter that the council sent to them alerting them about elevated water consumption usage. As it turned out, there was an undetected underground leak which kept on going for a few months and caused water leakage costing thousands of dollars in council bills. This has been a kick in the guts especially when it was no fault of ours and the property manager, whom we trusted to look after our property, has completely washed their hands off this. Upon being questioned why this letter wasn't acted upon they plainly denied even receiving it, whilst they kept on receiving council rates to the same address during the same time.Looking at their past responses to negative feedback here, I am sure they would respond in a similar manner and plainly deny any ownership. I would let people make their own judgement before they entrust this business with their investments.Just to clarify on a couple of false statements made by this business in response to my original post:1. It was us, the customer, who decided to take our business away from you and end the management, when in-fact you offered to move to a senior property manager, which we declined.2. The letter was provided by council and not miraculously produced by anyone unless you are inferring that the council is providing fake documents. The letter was addressed to the same address you received the council rates on which were duly processed by this office.I am sure people reading this review will make-up their own mind as to who is presenting real facts.

Such a relief to have First National Real Estate manage our investment property! From the very first phone call, they have gone out of their way to ensure that our property has continued to be well maintained and serviced prior to finding new tenants. When you live interstate, your property managers are your eyes an ears, so we are so glad we've entrusted the team to keep us up-to-date at all times. 10/10 Shari, Sharon and Taylor. Love your work!

Great team at First National, they manage my rental property I am always kept up to speed with any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Sheri goes the extra lengths to ensure the service First National is providing is keep to a high standard. Highly recommend the team.
