mycar Tyre & Auto Sherwood

I was a regular customer at mycar for servicing. Please find my experiences as below.1) After I have done the first service here at mycar sherwood, I have observed that some oil was leaking from the engine and went there to fix it well before the next service and they were not able to do the fix but went ahead with next service. And I ended by spending another 800 at a Hyundai dealer to get this fixed.2) Have done a second logbook service here and the next day the radiator cap fell off inside the engine and got over heated and the car stopped in the middle of road near gold coast. My weekend was a disaster as I was going with my family to gold coast.3) Have changed the tyres with mycar sherwood and the website said that the tyres are under Tyre Care Plan when we buy 2 or more tyres. When I enquired about this, they told I need to get the wheel alignment done to get the Tyre Care Plan. And the way they treated is terrible while I tried to maintain smile on my face when talking to them. Finally I did not get the Tyre Care Plan.Never recommend these guys to anyone and Never again at this place. Bit surprised to see high rating which was bit misleading.

I went here to get a puncture repair done, the guys did it quick and were able to do it on the spot. The team in this store are extremely knowledgeable and kind!! Would highly recommend coming here. I no longer will be going to Toyota for my servicing as my vehicle was just serviced there and when the mechanic removed my wheel he showed me how little was left on my brake. I have booked my car in for brakes here.

We had both our cars serviced at this place. One car was returned to us with a broken shifter console that no one let us know of. The other car, we where told it was the tires that were the cause of the humming sound the car made…… and it was our fault for apparently not pumping up tires enough.After feeling really unsure about this car service, nothing was fixed, our car was humming, we booked another service somewhere else.It was the wheel bearings that caused the sound and our car wasn’t roadworthy to drive at this point.I would definitely not recommend this mechanic if safety and transparency is what you are looking for.

Alex and Victor were amazing when I had a sudden tire puncture on Saturday! They acted swiftly, fixing it in no time. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend their quick and expert help!

I had my car serviced at my car tire and auto Sherwood, they were very kind and professional. I asked them to check over my car to see if it needed anything extra done and they explained to me that my tyres were bald. They showed me how they tell when a tyre is bald. I’m so happy with the boys at my car Sherwood and will definitely return and recommend to everyone I know.

This is the best mechanic workshop with the best workers. Outstanding customer service and care.They serviced my car quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. They explained everything that was happening to my car and made me feel at ease that my car was in safe hands. What can I say! Customer service & professionalism at another level. I would definitely 120% recommend this place to anyone without a blink. I saw & spoke to the Manager Steven and another staff member and both were excellent. Thank you very much for your service.

Great service. Ordered in my tyres and had them on the car the same day I walked in. Good advice on what I needed and friendly and courteous service. Like the tyre plan too.

Wonderful service rang up last minute needing an emergency service and steve and alex didnt hesitate to help me out. Slotted me in and did a great job on the van 10 stars all the way great local business and good mechanic going to tell all my customers.

I’ve been to this MyCar twice, and both times have been super positive experiences! The first time was a general service, and as a young woman it was great not having someone trying to up-sell me on things that don’t need fixing. Today I called in a panic because my break lights were out, and I was able to drop my car off and have them fixed within 30 minutes of the call. Super friendly and professional staff, couldn’t recommend this place more!
