We had the displeasure of dealing with the McGrath Croydon property manager, Dawn Juhlin. When basic requests like a cost breakdown and a call back is met with an email threat to being reported to VCAT, you know that a lack of ethics and incompetency is central to how she operates. If you’re looking for an agent, RUN, because Dawn is just not it. With that being said, the rest of McGrath’s team was a joy. Thank you Nicki Pellinger-Riley for being so easy, organised and ensuring our experience was otherwise seamless.
