Yin Energy Balance
Yesterday I took the opportunity to indulge in the Flourish package, given to me as a birthday gift, it was amazing!Caroline took time to connect with me prior to design a program to suit my needs and did a fantastic job! She took me through some challenging yoga poses and was mindful to check in to ensure I was getting all I could from the session. Lunch provide was an tasty tapas plate and delicious home made desserts, and some not so homemade chocolate. I would highly recommend this package - if you can't afford the time, the relaxation massage was pure bliss, a great way to end a beautiful day to pamper myself!

Caroline brings her own thoughtful and genuine energy to each class. She is a sensitive, nurturing (and fun) teacher. My partner and I see our Yin class as a welcome way to end the week.

Yin Energy Balance
Caroline’s past experience as a teacher shines through as she adapts her classes for each individual’s age, fitness/flexibility levels and , as I’m my case, previous injury. It is certainly not one size fits all.Each new session is a considered progression from the needs, strengths and weaknesses observed from the previous one.Caroline is a very passionate and energetic instructor who is highly knowledgeable about yoga and wellness and she strives to make her classes fun but at the same time extend each individual’s capabilities from session to session.Highly recommended

Yin Energy Balance
Caroline is very support of the healing process I am going through. She designs or adjusts her programs to suit my mental, physical and emotional needs. I have a lot of fun too. While some sessions aren't easy, I am always encouraged and support every step, every stretch. I look forward to my weekly sessions with Caroline and I highly recommend her services.
