Nicole requested a non-refundable deposit, so the price advertised will be honoured until I am able to make it to an appointment. I advised her, prior to making the payment, that I had unforeseen circumstances of which I am still determining when I could make the booking. She advised there was no issue with the booking date, which would be the mechanism to reserve the price. I went ahead with the deposit to reserve her price. I kept in contact with her to keep her up to date. She continued to reassure me that she honours the service. The last contact I had with her was in October. At no point in time that she mentioned she would not honour her service/deal. When checking in with her again in January, I learnt she had changed her position. I was surprised by her initial lack of response, followed by her refusal to honour the service and keep the deposit as she runs a small business".Sadly

Wow ! First time getting my eyebrows done and I felt nervous & scared . Nicole made me feel very comfortable and made me feel at ease . She explained the whole process step by step which took my away the fear and she always made sure to see if I was ok everytime . She's so good at what she does and she made sure that I was happy with the outcome and if there was anything that needed to be changed , but no changes as I was happy with her excellent service and I would recommend her services to family/friends and I would not hesitate to go back there. Nicole is awesome! She checked in with me at every point and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be throughout the process. I personally found the experience to be pretty painless and that's thanks to Nicole's care and thoughtfulness. She made sure I was 100% happy with the appearance of the brows and is definitely what I wanted before proceeding. The place was also super cozy! And of course I'm very happy with the results and how affordable it is. I'm thankful she was my first experience with microblading. Can definitely see myself coming back in the future.

Was very worried about getting my eyebrows tattooed for the first time but Nicole made the whole experience so easy. She talked me through all her steps and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Very easy to get along with and very clean working area. Definitely worth visiting

I was very nervous about getting my eyebrows done, as I barely had any eyebrow hair, I new a bad job was going to be very obvious on me. Nicole took her time and made sure I was happy with the shape, and changed anything I wasn't sure on. I know I made the right choice going to Nicole because I now have natural, full looking eyebrows and I am obsessed with them. Thankyou so much.

I LOVE BROWS BY NICOLE!•I’ve been seeing Nicole every 2 weeks for the past 12 months to have my lashes done. I attend Nicole’s salon fortnightly not because my lashes necessarily need the infill every 2 weeks, I attend because i love the environment nicole has created in her “ in home salon” , which allows me to take a much needed hour to myself just to zone out and just have a good old random chat. This allows me to not only feel amazing with beautiful lashes when I leave but feeling recharged and ready to face the world .•Nicole is extremely professional with amazing communication skills and always reply’s within a timely manner . I am always happy with the service Nicole provides me with , which is always to a high quality and standard. Nicole is extremely generous with her pricing and is extremely affordable making the upkeep of maintaining my lashes easy to do so.•If you are needing a new lash tech or looking at getting the lashes for the first time, I highly recommend brows by Nicole . I have been wanting to get my brows microbladed forever but have always been way too scared! After having my lashes done by Nicole a few times (which are amazing) and asking a million silly questions, I booked in for my brows! I honestly thought about cancelling every day but Nicole was so patient and understanding with me and promised to take it at my pace. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was such an easy process and they are even more amazing then I had ever thought! My only regret is not doing it sooner! Nicole is amazing at what she does and I will recommend her to everyone I know!!Thank you so much!!
