After putting my order through on the app I got there to their drive through to be told they had no flavouring for the thick shake I wanted, I wasn’t offered the chance to choose something different they just deleted the drink from my order. I got to the window and asked if I could have a different one and they told me I couldn’t do “another” order at the window?!?

McFlurry was so good. My chips were lowkey cold and unsalted because they’d been sitting there for ages but i get it. My iced latte though , deadset you could see the coffee grounds / beans. so i couldn’t even finish my drink , pretty slack.photo provided

Finally, leaving a review after so many chances but sick to death of how bad the service is in Dapto. Those young workers should pay more attention to serving customers and less time laughing with each other and mucking around. This is what I ALWAYS get when I ask for a large sundae... do those youths actually realise we pay money for this!!!

It’s not open 24hours it’s open 23hours. For an hour everynight they shut down and u don’t know till ur about to order!Also had a really rude little boy/ worker that chose to get smart behind locked doors! Just because my friends were a little intoxicated and decided to boo the restaurant.

at 2:20am Friday 12/7/19 I was in the store and it was extremely disgusting, there was rubbish that looked like it had been sitting there for hours and the manager on shift looked as though she had zero interest in cleanliness or even customer service for that matter I.e when I ordered my meal and had paid for it she very bluntly told me that I couldn't have a certain item that I had asked for, that wouldn't have normally been a problem for me as I understand that items can be sold out due to numerous reasons but the way she said it seemed as though she didn't care about the customers in anyway. If this is the standard that is adaptable at this store then I strongly suggest that people take there business elsewhere as there are a lot of other places in this area.

Hey Dapto Maccas, how about you fix your thick shake machine that is never working or get a new one!The last 3 times I have been within the last month it's always out of order!Buy a new one you scabs!

Horrible! I don’t understand why I have to leave a star ! Numerous times, food is disgusting, chicken patty is that hard ! Chips always soggy and drinks half filled! Get some better workers who actually want to work and can work and will listen to instructions!

Where do I start, firstly no one on the counter to take the order. The 2 people I dealt with had no sense of customer service. Cold and horrible coffee. The eating area was dirty and three tables were taken up by staff on their break.But worse if all, staff were walking outside to the container to collect boxes (as you are renovating) with their gloves on….opening the gate, and the door to the container, carrying the boxes, all in the gloves they are making food with, I doubt they were changing them when they walked back in!

Everybody needs a good Maccas meal once in a while. The food was hot & fresh. The service came with a Smile & was prompt. The bathrooms were clean. The kids playground was a hit with my grandchildren. Drivethru available. Reasonably priced fast food.

Chicken bites 2weeks in a row, that hard couldn't eat them, obviously been sitting for hours. They never seem to be able to give you a receipt without parking and waiting. Can't go through drive through if it's raining it's like driving through a carwash. You really need to lift your game down there.
