Yummy cake shop. Neat and nice service. Various options. Even wrote in a different language for me. Happy with the service and the presentation. Lots of cake accessories available to choose from. Shop agents are very helpful. Love going back there.

I am not from Southport. When I walked into this Cheesecake Shop, I was blown away by how delicious the cakes in this shop were - and no, not all shops present as well as this one. The Manager or employee who served us was extremely friendly.Our visit was 3 weeks ago.

The pastry Chef/Cake decorator has no effort at all! If I remember correctly it was a She. She doesn't seem to have a goal for her cake/work to do it correctly or even look good as long as she can provide the ordered cake. She obviously don't work from her heart. Such a disappointment!

Came in to buy a Black Forest torte, was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this store compared to others. The cakes in the showcase also looked really great compared to other stores. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cake was DELICIOUS! It’s my favourite cake they make, but the Southport store simply does it the best, sponge was nice and moist, cream wasn’t too sweet and the flavours were all balanced really well!will definitely only be buying cakes from the Southport store from now on!10/10 will be back for more!

I ordered the cake for my sons 18th birthday and they forgot to write on cake what I asked them and when I called them the manager could not talk as it was Sunday . The girls I spoke to she told me cannot do anything but they will call me on Monday to fix the problem. But my sons 18 birthday cake came like this

Recently bought a lemon meringue pie. It was absolutely tasteless. If you shut your eyes you could not tell what you were eating . It was floury and stodgyAlso bought a gluten free carrot and orange cake which was absolutely divine and loved by all who ate it.

ill trained staff at counter. No seal tape done on cake box. Upon asking for bag, counter girl; we don’t provide bags. Bad experience wouldn’t suggest going there again

The cake decorators at the Southport store are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and their cakes are absolutely awesome! They take so much pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure your special event is finished off with an amazing cake!
