Just sublime. My partner is vegan so I go a vegan chocolate cake. The guy at the store was super nice and instructed me to leave it out of the fridge for an hour or so before we ate it. It was spectacular. Honestly one of the best we’ve had. Thanks guys

Anthea was truly amazing as were her cakes. Highly recommend to all. Thanks for making our time in Port Douglas , celebrating loved ones birthdays extra special. Everyone loved your cakes. We will be back for more whenever we visit this beautiful place

Need more staff.The poor girl in the shop doing everything- making coffee, icing cakes and taking orders. Everything was delayed as she is only one person.This place needs more staff.Coffee was lovely- as was the cake.

Highly recommend. The Hungry hummingbird made our wedding cake and it was so perfect!! It was exactly what we asked for, we came from interstate and the communication with Anthea via email was so easy.The cake was delicious and the price was so affordable, especially considering the high quality. Thanks guys, you added such a special piece to our day!

Extremely poor communication and unreliable - avoid at all costs especially for events and parties! The cake maker/decorator promises that she can make custom orders (given over a week’s notice and provided with images of the cake) but then fails to complete the order. I simply cannot understand how the business operates. We were stuck without a cake due to this company not making what they promised (and offering alternatives at the last minute). THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS IF THEY CANNOT FULFIL THE ORDER.

I attended the Cairns North store and unfortunately this is the worst coffee I've had on the whole East coast of Australia.I was charged just under $12 for a med vanilla latte and small flat white. There was also no pricing on the boards and no pricing on the card reader so you have no idea what it'll cost you. I also cannot fathom how this could be classed as a flat white. It's milk... My partners vanilla latte was the same, just milk. I had walked 10 minutes away from the shop when I realised so i couldnt go back, but the lady should check the quality of what she is serving. The shop attendant however, was very friendly but she needs to attend a barista course pronto.

This is an authentic Cairns North location with excellent coffee. The customer service is great and if you have a 'sweet tooth' this place is heaven for you. There is wheelchair access at the side of the building.
