Damage to both properties and possessions and weeks later, still no response from Allied Bendigo or their insurer. Damaged fence, gutter, water meter damaged and flooding...so not able to move into our new house for days. Repairs to departing property too. Not answering the phone and weeks after contacting them to make a claim...radio silence.Do not trust Allied to deliver your household goods intact (crushed, thrown in boxes and no labels or contents or paperwork relating to the delivery) and do expect them to ignore duty of care obligations.Reviews seem to disappear too. Strange hey? Run a mile from Allied. Extremely overpriced and terrible service.

Very professional business. Received a quote and agreed to a pickup time. Truck arrived at specified time and goods very carefully loaded. Cargo arrived at destination in good order and in good time. Actually earlier than quoted.

This was a difficult move for us. In the midst of the border lockdown between NSW and Victoria we needed to move the contents from the NSW side to another property in Victoria so I lneeded someone who I thought had a deserved reputation that could be relied on. Additionally I had to estimate the size of the move from memory and the removalist had to quote on the basis that I might not be entirely accurate!As we could not be present for the packing up of the NSW property Allied-Pickfords Bendigo had to empty all the drawers and cupboards, pack all the furniture, crockery, electronic goods, shed contents, clothing, etc and then bring it safely down to Victoria. They had to enter the property sight unseen and take care of all the breakable / delicate goods we could not deal with beforehand.Everything went to schedule, everything was delivered and amazingly, absolutely nothing was broken. If anything they may even have gone too far as our recyclable waste was also carefully packed and transported. Waste not want not!I take my hat off to Adam who personally attended on the day to pack everything up (and toss in the use of his esky for the contents of the fridge). I would also thank the guys who actually did the loading up, transport and unloading of our property. They were professional, friendly and experienced. I would not hesitate to engage their services again. Thanks to the Bendigo Team!

We were very pleased with the entire process of moving our household boxes and items from regional Vic to remote NT in Northeast Arnhem Land. Professional and friendly with excellent communication. No damage to the items in our boxes. Items held onsite for the correct time to ensure we could meet the goods on arrival 2 months later. We absolutely recommend Adam and his team for interstate removals.

Allied helped me with a move last weekend from Bendigo to Melbourne. Peter and Bell were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Everything was handled in a safe and secured manner; nothing was ever too hard for these two and everything was done so quickly! The truck they used almost seemed way too big for the court I moved in to. But amazing all round!Shout out to Mark and Amy at head office as well, nothing like an old fashioned call out to the house for a visual quote. The price was honest and affordable for what I needed moved on weekend rates. A lot more affordable (by miles) than most of the online quotes I received from other local companies. Couldn’t recommend them more and happy to re book if I needed another move. Thanks to everyone involved, it was a real pleasure meeting you all

Quick response to a last minute move. We had a huge house of furniture that needed relocation ASAP. The team at Allied were ready and willing to get it done. Everything was handled with care, no damage at all, and the job was done incredibly fast. Will use them again when we move back!

It gave us great comfort seeing the care, professionalism and focus on service during our house move. From the quote and delivery of boxes through to the crew that performed a difficult move between two single lift apartment blocks, they were outstanding. Moving is totally stressful so it was a relief to have this aspect so seamless.

Customer service lady, Amy was attentive and fast response to our questions. She was quick organising storage facility when we can't move into the property in time.
