Very good service and very friendly n comfortable…..

One and half hours late for pick up even though the time was discussed several times, when the guy arrived for drop off he showed anger at us as there were stairs which I had explained to him earlier that, the only thing he had to take upstairs was just a fridge and we helped him push that too. The way he was talking to us was as if we work for him, he left the fridge in the living room as he was unable to place it in the kitchen ( we managed to place it after he left ) apparently he was running late when he was in our location only for 10 min. Extremely disappointed, not recommending this removal service. Chaotic experience.

They were efficient in managing all of my belongings and made sure everything was safely secured for the move. They made sure to handle my items with care and attention to detail, and there were no damages or breakages whatsoever.Upon arrival at my new home, the team quickly unloaded and sorted everything with care, ensuring that everything was placed in the correct room.Overall, this removals company provided an excellent service from start to finish. This is one of the worst removals in the Sydney. I booked with this removals for 1/02/2023 on 8:00am two week before. I asked for booking confirmation and they send me booking confirmation two week before. And I also call them one day before to make sure my confirmation is all good but on that day (01/02/2023) they didn’t came and they didn’t answer my phone and message. I already moved my furniture and all my goods in the ground level as per their suggestions but this removals didn’t came on that day I was desperately giving this removals call and message but I didn’t get reply back from this removals.So please guys never book this removals. And never put yourself in trouble. If there is option to give star in minus I will give -0 star to this removals.Jay Nepal.
