Excellent chemist. Best I've ever been to. Jody, Natalie and staff are amazing and answer any questions you need without making you feel like a bother. They are the only chemist I use and have been going here for about 15 years. They even take time to talk with my talkative little grandy and she loves the wonderful staff here and won't go past without making me drop in to say hi. When I had issues with not signing for a script during COVID19 Jodie took the time to send me a personal message explaining what was happening and what she would do to make me feel safer about my scripts being dispensed. What other chemist does that?? Would not go anywhere else no matter where I lived in Perth

Been using beckenham pharmacy for 6.5 years now great service from previous owner Natalie and with new management staff are great and friendlyThey have my scripts there and when needed give them a call and they are all done is a lovely little pharmacy who go to out of three way to keep customers happy would recommend them to anyone

Message to the two young ladies:Please do not judge people. It is not nice to judge others especially in this climate. Please remember the virus does not discriminate.Wearing a big sign around your neck is patronising. I would suggest leaving it on the floor or by your counter. I understand that you may be scared but please remember, you are not the only one. A bit of kindness can go a long way. Thank you.

The standard of service has dramatically changed since the new owner has come aboard, wait times and the customer service from the staff has become quite bad. I’m really considering a new regular pharmacy.

Very expensive. They charge me $67 for 100 tablets which should cost approximately $15 in other pharmacies. It is worthy to compare prices from other pharmacies before buying anything from here.
