Yard staff was great but that is where it stopped. Office staff was rude and was that Slow l walked away. Keep your money I will not be back.

The team at One Steel are professional and courteous. Great service and always with a smile. Call first if you are a new comer. This will make your visit easy. There is a lot going on, it is very busy. Make sure your scrap is sorted and has no contaminates for the best prices.One steel usually have the best price for scrap. I don’t go anywhere else. I am an ABN holder so the whole process of dropping scrap metals off and proceeding to payment is simple.

After using these guys for 10+ years they all of a sudden don't care for low volume scrap? And the record keeping is terrible, your details are forever getting lost, I cant believe I persisted so long.

Rip off! Scam. Lied about weight of copper I know it weighed more than 10KG. Scrapped it into copper bin before payment and receipt. Tub weighed at almost 30KG on home scales. Never dealing with them again.
