James and Alan have curated presents to cover every age group - kids toys, puzzles, books and games and for the adults candles, socks, heat pillows, books and so much more. And the biggest array of gift cards you've ever seen. . Thanks - just what we need in our Church/Swan St strip. We always love visiting to see what is new. Thank you.

Unbelievable customer service, in a bad way!I was picking up a parcel and at the end of it, all the guy cared about was to make a sale - asking me if I was gonna buy a cigarette/ vape. I was heavily pregnant, my belly could not look any bigger!On my previous visit, also to pick up a parcel, they were having troubles finding the item (they just couldn’t be bothered looking at the labels properly of all the items that were there) and kept on asking me what is it? Where is it from, how big. I had no idea the answer to any of that. And when there were other customers starting to pop in, the guy chose to skip me so they can serve 5 (!!) other customers first. I complained as I was waiting for a while, and he got another guy to look for my item. When the other guy could not find the item either, he also chose to skip me as well and serve other customers. Even the customers behind me (that skipped me) looked uncomfortable.They shouldn’t be a partner to any of the delivery companies.
