Michael is a brilliant therapist, putting you at ease very early on and helping you piece things together as the session goes on. He helped me learn how to manage my own stress, sort out my feelings and deal with anxiety, and find a framework for moving forward. He's also fun to be with, has a positive approach and I would usually feel like I was flying when I left the session.
