I went to buy a top yesterday and the only girl that was there was rude. When I was looking through the clothes, she told me to move out of the way. I end up putting back the top and leaving because her vibe made me so uncomfortable

There seem to be a lot of bad reviews of this place. In my instance that was not the case. The staff member that was on shift was super helpful, suggesting a bunch of dresses that other people also liked. I wasn't sure if I had a certain item at home and I didn't want to buy it just in case so the staff member was great and said she would hold the item for 1 day so it didn't get sold and let me go home and check. I contacted the store the next day to let them know I had the item. I bought a wonderful dress from here and I love Ally fashion' designs.

Visited the Kingston store and was not greeted when I entered.I spent about 10 minutes looking for some black jeans, walking all around the store and near the counter. About 5 other small groups of customers came in while I was there, they too were also not greeted in any way. The girl working was too busy opening new stock and showing and chatting to a friend she had leaning at the counter. I went to the counter and interrupted to ask if I could try the jeans on, the girl seemed bothered by me and barely looked up to say “yep”. I tried on the jeans and found a suitable pair, but needless to say I put them back and will spend my money elsewhere.

Love the staff, always helpful friendly and they don't ignore you or not help. Great priced clothing, but I have noticed if you wash in machine they shrink quite a bit

good prices n set up shop - a few lovely staff members, also a few rude ones. went in christmas eve and they were trying on clothes themselves and borderline ignored me, they could see i was struggling getting something down off the top shelf and didn't offer to help, also as i went to try on the clothes they were in the way of the dressing room talking and as i said excuse me they looked at me and then moved and continued talking. then at the register didn't ask how i was etc just said 'just this one?'makes me not want to visit again and it's a shame as i work in the same complex area. shame for the few nice staff though.

Would give 0 stars if I could...the girl at the counter not only ignored us all but had the worst attitude when my mum accidentally walked behind the counter (she didn’t realise what she was doing), then she continued to give us all attitude the entire time we were there...

Clothing with a designer edge at very good prices. Friendly staff, convenient location. The store is well laid out & presents well. Fitting rooms are adequate. Cute day wear and funky, sexy evening wear. Great online shopping facility with free shipping over $50 & a good returns policy. Suggest adding the magnification tool to see details of clothing online.
