Not Recommending AnyoneThey didn’t fix my son’s car bumper (Honda Accord) sensors yet. He is still calling them and they are not responding

Not Recommending AnyoneAfter the accident, I did insurance claim work of my car from Humes Body Works. My car’s problem was with the back bonut and back bumper. So, they told me that they will replace both and they will give me back my car in two weeks. Nearly two weeks they called and informed that the Car have more issues so they need to change it and then they took 1 month to give the car back. When they gave the car back to me after 1 month, I asked them, what all changes have you made. They told me that they just changed back bonut and back bumper. After reaching home I realised that they didn’t fixed the back bumper sensors. I then called and asked one of the staff of Humes about this and they told so sorry we forgot to told you. They told that to fix that they need some other worker from outside. So they told that we will fix that in two weeks. After two weeks I again called them. They told me that they will call me back tomorrow and let you know and but they didn’t called. After that again I called four times but still I didn’t got fixed my car or any information regarding that.Attaching the previous bumper photos with the sensor.If you guys need to fix you car properly its better to find any other place.

Superb work on the repairs, even cleaned my filthy car for me. Definitely go to these guys. They’re awesome.

The Customer service was excellent. Carlina was so polite and professional and kept me informed of progress. The team did a wonderful job on my car. Highly recommend their services.

While Hume Bodywork’s got the job done, it wasn’t to the promised standard at all and required constant going back and forth to and from the shop. Their customer service was lax, to the point I’m absolutely certain they were avoiding my phone calls instead of facing up to the damage they’d done to my car. I was originally told the entire bumper would be fixed, instead they only spot- fixed the damaged area and it was very obvious. I then had to return the car after their job fell apart, and had them spot fix it again. Following that I had several other issues with the area of the repair that they refused to resolve, citing that it wasn’t their fault. Who’s else was it exactly? 10/10 will never use this service again.

Hume Body works was where my car was towed after an accident. Their customer service is excellent, friendly, and very easy to deal with. My claim was settled quickly, and they were always keeping me informed of what was happening. Highly recommend them

I needed some repairs to my vehicle due to carpark bumps and scrapes. Hume Bodywork’s was able to fit me in quickly, the service was super friendly and efficient and the repairs were exception. The car was completed and looked good as new. I would highly recommend.

Not Recommending Anyone ⚠️If you want to fix your car properly go anywhere else . They didn’t fix my back bumper sensors when they fix my car after the claim work and still I am waiting for to fix it. 2 Months now.

If you want to repair your car go anywhere else. They didn’t fix our car properly. Still we are calling them and they saying we will give you the a confirmation call by tomorrow. After completing the claim works we have got our car on 18th January 2023. Still we are calling for fixing our Honda accord back sensor and they are not responding.Not Recommending ‼️

Went there for insurance claim assessment, haven't heard anything back from them for over a month. Contacted them directly and thru insurance company as well. After over a month cancel with them and went somewhere else, in 5 business days I got Contacted by other place and booked for repair. My time just wasted here.
