I cannot express the efficiency and knowledge of this vet practice. They were on the same page in regards to AI and understood the importance of a high prog reading at the right time. Fitted is in, vet nurses and all staff professional, knowledgeable and warm. I travelled 1.5 hours to them and believe they are above and beyond many practices that offer AI. Our dog came out of the surgical procedure fast, bright and in no discomfort. Very reasonably priced and loved chatting to their clients too. Great happy, comfortable practice dealing with all breeds.

Michael is a gentleman one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet. Took my dog for knee surgery and other things as well always in good care. The staff are wonderful and very helpful as well great customer service thanks Michael and team

We cannot thank Michael and his staff enough, their duty of care goes above and beyond, we had to let our sweet precious boy Jimbo go over the rainbow bridge and they made the process as pleasant as can be in such difficult circumstances, they actually care and show empathy, and they organised his cremation for us as we weren't capable of dealing with such a hard job. The support they all showed us was simply amazing, they not only eased Jimbo's pain and suffering but gave us as much time as we wanted to spend with our boy after he passed.We are eternally grateful ❤️

The only thing I hate about this place is they don't answer their phone. And when the did it will took us 30 mins minimum. Regardless of the poor customer service their vets are attentive and professionals.

Rang up to get advice about my 10-week old puppy, we stated her symptoms and were told to bring her in straight away as a walk-in, we didn't think it was urgent but took their advice. I asked what the cost would be and I was told $85.00. The vet saw us and was fine but when we went to go pay the very rude lady at reception told us the cost is $120 and not in fact the $85 we were told it would be as it's a walk-in and not a normal appointment. We specifically asked what the cost would be for the appointment before coming and were told $85. We were rudely asked Wasn't your dog sick? That's why you came to us

We have been using Michael Bell as our family and domestic animal business vet for 10 years. We drive 90 mins to his practice for surgery appointments instead of using local vets. Michael is professional,caring and an amazing vet. I highly recommend his service

Met Dr Micheal Bell tonight (recommended from my dogs breeder from her words exactly, I will do whatever Micheal says) for a second opinion as i got a quote from another hospital. Not only was he thorough, explained everything I needed to know, on time and definitely knew his stuff, but also not a rip off I’m now happy to say I will never go to another pet hospital again even though I live an hour away but her surgery is less then half the price I got quoted before. So thank you :)

What an excellent experience. The doctor was so so nice & knowledgeable. After 1 visit our kitten got her medication & starting eating again the next day after 3 days of not eating
