I booked a new hot water pump with Ecovantage who then outsourced it to I'm Plumbing. We had a studio with hot water that needed replacing, and I was initially told it would only take 4 weeks. When this didn't happen I called repeatedly and was promised it would happen by Christmas, another 5 weeks. No-one showed. I call again in Jan and am told I will have a new date by the end of the week. Nothing. Call again and told I will hear soon. A week later get an email saying we will have a set date within two weeks. Four weeks later a date is confirmed, again I take the day off, no-one shows. I call to set a new date, we set it, then they cancel the day before and say it will be another 2 weeks. Still hasn't been installed.What happens is because the pump has been paid for, these guys take on far more than they can handle and then just push you back and back so they can do other jobs as they come up. Their emails blame everything else e.g. the amount of jobs they have to get to, having to travel up north so being unable to get to our area, but the simple option is DON'T TAKE ON MORE JOBS THAN YOU CAN DO. Absolutely disgusting business practices, they take no responsibility, if they had have simply said 'We will be unable to install anything for 5 months' we obviously would have taken our money elsewhere which they don't. It's not that complicated - you commit to doing a job, then do it.

Used Im Plumbing and Services for a bathroom & kitchen renovation. They were fantastic, any questions we had they were more than happy to answer and helped through the entire process from talking us through the layout to selecting the right tiles and fixtures. Would highly recommend.
