Dare to Change Therapies
I had a sound one-on-one Sound Energy Healing session with Catherine Marty which was just beautiful. It brought me into a restful, peaceful state. Catherine held a really safe space. The guided meditation she led and all of the different sounds she created with the different instruments she played were relaxing, calming and also invigorating. It helped me ground more deeply into my body along with the Reiki she mixed into the session. I highly recommend anyone wanting deep relaxation or wanting a different way to shift energy to have a sound energy healing session with Catherine from Dare to Change Therapies! MC

Dare to Change Therapies
Catherine lead a forest bathing session during a retreat I was on and it was a special and powerful experience. Connecting to nature and tapping into the healing resources that naturally exist in the forest.
