Whenever I needed to speak about stamp duty the client service was always to a high standard - willing to take their time and the wait time was good.

Disappointed based on a decision by Scott Lowe, due to a builder cancelling our contract right before the slab got poured, we had to find a new builder and this took quite a while as you can imagine it was difficult to find a new builder in the peak Covid period. When we did finally find a builder we ended up paying an extra $100,000 and due to the new contract date apparently we didn’t qualify for the grant, seems a reach to decline a claim based on a date.$100,000 extra we had to pay inclusive of the grant that didn’t get approved based on a cancelled contract of the initial builder completely out of our control.Speak to lawyers, they can’t help,Attempt to get the grant based on the contract cancellation being out of our control and decision not in our favour again due to factors out of our control.I hope A current affair takes on the story, as it feel like this is the only time the government body actually treats you fairly. To Scott Lowe, it would have been nice to receive a return phone call from you after leaving messages, it feels very unprofessional to avoid our calls.Disappointed and hurt is an understatement.
