Harry provided me with the best service I’ve ever experienced north of the Spit Bridge. He was responsive, fixed my printer in record time and dropped it off at a time that worked for me. Unbelievably great service and a really nice guy too! I won’t take a printer anywhere else.

My trusty Brother MFC 8820D finally broke down after 17 years. Suddenly, the printer was making a heavy clunking noise and print quality was compromised. I rang AB Printer Repairs and spoke to a very polite Harry. Harry was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, which was a brown plastic fuser gear. There was an exchange of communications before we made an appointment. Harry arrived promptly the next day and within the hour, I had a properly functional Brother printer again. Service was very prompt and overall cost of repair very reasonable. They will get my call again should my printer breaks again. Thank you Harry.
