I’ve been calling to a job on one of the property’s they managed to aged care by Katie one of the workers .I’ve been asked to change a 4 locks ASAP .Technician was attending in 30 mins and everything was sorted , as technician finished he was asked to sent an invoice at the end of his work to one of the workers email address .No communication forward they sometimes respond sometime no . The phone line is disconnected and it’s been more then 5 months since the job done .It’s feels like we’ve been trapped .
