Went in on a tues at 8.30am. The ladies were lovely. :) was worried about the 1 star reciew but my experience was fantastic. Also didnt feel a thing :)

First time patient and I had a great experience at this pathology centre. I found the staff helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Antoinette.

No wait at all for my blood test, and the phlebotomist was so good I hardly felt the needle at all

Don’t let yourself be fooled by the opening times at the door of this pathology. Bad customer service is what awaits you. Today, a Wednesday, a day of the week like any other I was referred by my GP (next door) to go and get a COVID test and other test because I am very unwell coughing horribly and feeling terrible.I do all this stuff after work so I was happy that At the door says it opens until 5:30pm so I went in at 4:50 I waited with other three patients. In one of the rooms the lady in charge was gossiping with another woman and we kept waiting and coughing… I don’t know how long she had been at it when I arrived all I know is that at 5:10 the lady came out and told everyone to go home because she would not be taking anyone now. She asked around where we lived and since we all were locals from Redlynch she said it would be no problem for us to come back from 6:30 next tomorrow.I am upset about this for various reasons. Not only i needed to pick up my kid from daycare I was late waiting for her to finish her gossip and send me home. As if I was begging for some social service and not a paying customer. I am annoyed that I also have to go out sick again tomorrow into the community and wait yet another day off work (unpaid) until I can know if I have Covid or something else, so the doctor can finally treat me. Especially in these times this behaviour is unforgivable and I would not recommend anyone to go to that pathology to be treated like that on top of being ill!

The two phlebotomists we have in here are so sweet and absolutely amazing. Love the way they treat people and are doing an awesome job!

I had a horrible experience here. I had simple head cold but was referred by my GP for a covid test. The lady who served me was VERY rude and extremely unsympathetic. Absolutely no way to treat anyone, let alone someone who is unwell.I had read these reviews before going and decided to ignore the one star rating. That was a mistake.
