Love having the option of a decent cafe at a Highway Rest Stop. So much better choices than fast food and still at a reasonable price. This is always a 'must stop' for us on our QLD road trips.

The men behind counter ignored us for a while talking to each other in another language . No lactose free milk available in a coffee club !! Served us grumpily .asked for small cup as sitting at table and was given large cardboard when man next to me got a cup

Plenty of parking. Staff were flat out with the flood of holiday tourists. I knew we were in for a wait and I was more then happy for the delay as we all aren't super humans and no one can make anything in a second. Some people I've seen have zero patience. Well done staff for putting a brave face on

Had the most unfortunate experience of being served by a young girl named Kimberly. I ordered coffee & smashed avo with feta, on gluten free bread. Kimberly asked if I meant haloumi not feta & tried to tell me they were the same thing. When I explained to her they were different cheeses, she began refusing to serve me. I asked to speak with her manager, Harry, who did his best to work out what the issue was. Kimberly said I was rude and swore at me in front of Harry & then left the cafe. Harry was calm, professional & very apologetic. Waiting for my order, I noticed a cleaner standing near by, when I caught her eye she said ‘that’s my daughter’ & then proceeded to yell at me & accuse me of threatening to ‘smash’ her daughter. Kimberly had reappeared by this stage & when I said I threatened no one & ordered smashed avo, the woman turned on her daughter & they began having a screaming match in the middle of the service centre, in front of everyone - in their place of work. The woman pushed her daughter so hard in the back she almost hit a wall. Their screaming continued near the toilets. Harry calmly and professionally made my coffee & food & apologised over & over again. He gets 5 stars.I would hope that Kimberly gets some customer service training or is no longer employed. Along with her mother (I have made a formal complaint to the company she works for). As a past business owner & employer, I would be mortified to have representatives of my business behaving the way these two did.

Ordered a simple 2 flat whites one on Almond milk.The man who took my order spoke to the man next to him throughout so was not sure if he was listening (strange exchange).Coffee was weak and ordinary like the service.

Service without a smile. Ordered the smashed avo because it looked good in the picture. Received thinly spread avo over bread with some seeds scattered on it and some cherry tomatoes on the side. Should have got MacDonalds.

Zero stars - The staff member today after waiting 30 mins for our order told me it was my fault it was not ready and when I enquired how could it be my fault as it is the store who not got the order ready and not me, she then again told me it was my fault and to not be aggressive, when in fact she was being extremly aggressive and nasty. I got a refund, but not for the full amount , so therefore they are theives also. So after 40mins our order was finally ready with a bit more attitude from the lady at the counter , and it was incorrect. DO NOT ORDER from here unless you enjoy rudeness, a very long wait and incorrect orders.

Displayed as open at 6am - but staff member said it wouldn’t open until 6:30 or 6:45Frustrating to plan a trip
