Rude staff, who ignore you rather than dealing with an enquiry. Was given a business card and told to call head office if I have a problem.My enquiry was dealt with instantly over the phone. Will never use this store again. Save yourself from wasting precious time by calling customer service who provide better service.

Amazing service from Byron and the team setting me up with my new phone etc. Byron explained everything clearly without trying to bamboozle me. Highly recommended. I have been an Optus customer for more years than I care to remember and the customer service is one of the main reasons I don’t look elsewhere

Should change the name to NO Optus, as the manager at Coffs was determined that company policy was much more important than customer service. He could not have been less helpful in dealing with a very legitimate problem. Never use Optus! I won't
