Silky Milk Espresso

Come for the coffee, come back for the smile. Great coffee and some of the most charming and happy staff I’ve ever met. Owner is always quick with a smile and a chat. If you’re changing trains at EJ you’ve gotta stop in.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my partner - He's a big fan of Silky Milk because the coffee is consistently awesome and the owner Will is a legend with his effervescence personality (he's always happy, easy going which probably the secret to making the milk so silky!). If you are a local, make sure you give Silky Milk a try. If anything, being served by Will will make your day :)

My fave coffee spot! Open bright and early makes for an easy stop before work. Staff are super friendly and coffee is 10/10.

I find the staff are so friendly. The front of house & customer service that Will & his team deliver is exceptional. Now the important bit, the coffee is delicious, it is consistent & great value.Give this local business a go, you won’t regret it.

Customer service is next level, coffee knowledge great, the barista suggested his Single O (Panama) it was delicious as a piccolo. I also had the ham off the bone tasty cheese tomato toastie. And got a latte to go with the house blend also very very delicious. Worth a visit well done to the team at Silky Milk.

This is Western Clayfield's go-to hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. You'll come for the coffee - which is excellent - but you'll come back for the service which is second-to-none. The personality of owner Will fills this tiny space to bursting with energetic friendliness and enthusiasm. I swear he starts writing your name on the cup when he sees you approaching the shop from 100m away. He knows everyone's name and treats you like a regular from your first visit. Service is always fast and the coffee is invariably good from a great blend not commonly seen in Brisbane. If you want to start your day with a smile and Brisbane's best coffee then this is the place to go. PS - don't miss the specially baked Afghan biscuits. Sensational!
