Two very genuine, friendly, and passionate people who will take their time to explain everything to you and will make honest and reasonable recommendations. We have been taking our cars to Gianni for a few years now. Paula is friendly, efficient and punctual. The team is professional and always gives us a quote and confirm details clearly before touching the cars. Though we have just moved away from the area, we surely will still take our cars here for future services. We highly recommend Paula and her team.

Absolutely incredible customer service - honest, and fairly priced. I had gotten a ridiculous quote from another crowd, and Paula was so generous with her time and energy in helping me on the phone. That support only continued when I eventually got the car into the shop…I have never been to a mechanic who prioritises relationship building so much. Would recommend!

I have been using Gianni’s for a few years now and they always go above and beyond my expectations including driving me home and back to collect the car when the agreed loan car was unavailable. Quote and pictures of replaced parts are provided. I don’t know anything about cars and trust them that I get the best value of parts and service. Thank you Paula and Gianni!

I have been taking our cars to Gianni and Paula for almost 20 years. They are the most honest and hardworking team and by far the best mechanics I’ve ever come across anywhere. The care and attention to detail are second to none. They communicate any issues, concerns and options very effectively and before the works is done, also on odd occasions when something unexpected needs to be done Paula has already researched the part options and present the costs, options and a recommendation about how to proceed.
