The worst customer service I have ever experienced.This guy was assigned to me by a manufacturer to repair their faulty product. He was rude and abrupt from the 1st call. He then made out that I was causing an issue that the manufacturer already agreed was their fault.He'd give less than 12 hours notice to come and complete the repair and said that I was being difficult because I worked 9-5 and needed more notice to be able to organise being home in time.It was all just too hard for this guy and he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder about everything, making out like the world was against him, I suggest you find another job.Absolutely disgusting service, I would advise finding an alternate repairer.
