FM was here promptly on the weekend for an emergency callout and diagnosed the problem was on the utility side.He called unity water for me and arranged for them to come out.

Called the 1300 number for a price on a simple appliance swap out. Job is very standard, yet they told me I needed to pay $150 first just to find out what the cost might be. This $150 was not to cover any portion of the cost of the job itself.They couldn't even give a gauge on pricing. If they don't know rough pricing on a simple 30 minute job with no variables, I can't trust that they know what they're doing.

Very happy with the quick service provided by Metropolitan plumbing, we booked on Wednesday and Rhys was here first thing Thursday morning. He gave us two options and we decided to replace the whole system, which was done same-day and very neatly.Rhys gave me a 'tour' of the completed work, explained everything including warranty coverage and claims. We would highly recommend them and would be more than happy to use again.

We had a burst flexi pipe under the sink which flooded the house whilst we were out. Heath replaced both pipes and fitted isolation taps as well. Also did a report for the insurance claim. Very helpful guy to speak to as well. Cheers
