These guys are awesome!Paul inspired us during our first meeting when he told us that we can make it. Since then, we've been really excited to procced with every step the awesome team leads us to.James then helped us chose and secure a land which could have costed us more without his insight. The house design followed then after which he patiently laid out for us the best possible options within our means. He unbelievably takes call on the weekends and afterhours too! :)Blair meticulously helped us in collating all the necessary documents to proceed with the approval and then with the settlement. This could have been very stressful without his guidance.Elyse made us feel what our new home would look like. She’s very lovely to talk to and has great attention to detail.A very huge thanks to these guys and the rest of the team working in behind the scenes for making this dream a reality. :)It still feels unreal but the construction of our new house is already set to begin in the New Year. I’ve built with Catapult and I’ve been in my home for a year and a bit now and they have been amazing! Recently they were able to re evaluate my home and as of now they have helped me refinance over to a better rate with a bigger bank which will surely save me some bucks. I can’t thank Blair enough, he’s honestly an absolute legend at what he does! This just goes to show that they not only care about you when you are starting your build and during it but even after all that they will still look out for you. We originally did our first home loan with Catapult 3 years ago and they were great. We reached out to the team again to organise our refinance and lock in a better rate. We started the build process 12 months ago with James and Blair. I cannot praise and thank them enough for their support and guidance with helping us with the land, design, finance and build process. Every questioned was answered almost instantaneously at anytime. Every concern was addressed and reassurance was offered. Every request was fulfilled. James has been an absolute champion and even when his part was done he made himself available for help if I’ve had questions. We have been supported along the way by Elyse and our build was completed by Phil. Working with all of these people has been a personalised experience highlighting that every person they interact with matters. The quality of the build was second to none. We’ve got a home that’s been designed according to what we imagined and requested. The builders have used good materials. We don’t have any complaints or concerns about faulty workmanship. The industry has been disastrous over the last 12 months and considering those challenges, Catapult have worked hard to fullfill their commitments to us. We’ve heard horror stories from other people using other companies and we are so grateful that we’ve had the backing of a company committed to us and to being transparent. My only piece of feedback is around the communication during the build. It was challenging at times to comprehend what sort of delays were impacting the build or what was going on. Sometimes even if there isn’t a lot of information to provide it would have been helpful to have been told what communication was taking place behind the scenes in an attempt to keep things progressing. After handover the site was not cleaned to a standard that we thought was acceptable and a lot of work has been done to get the property ready for turf which would have been better spent enjoying our new home. We are waiting on a couple of things to be resolved from the PCI but Overall my family and I love our new home we would recommend catapult in an instant and would definitely use their services again.

I did not have a 20% deposit on hand and after searching and contacting a lot of mortgage brokers and builders I had lost hope to build a customized home. A random search on google map directed me to Catapult Builders and made me curious when I saw such a high rating and so many excellent reviews. From the first day when I contacted them till today when I've got my finance approval, my experience have been amazing. James have answered my each and every question promptly (even after hours) and provided the guidance throughout the design phase and Blair has made the finance approval process so each for me and got approval from a major bank with an awesome rate on which I will end up paying less than what I was paying for my rent. The construction has yet to commence but I'm hoping my interactions with them will be as amazing as they have been so far.

Catapult Property Group were amazing to deal with. Right from the first meeting with Paul and James, they made us feel comfortable and gave us the confidence that we could own our own home! We were able to choose our land and design a custom home with their help all while remaining in a budget that worked for us.
