I recently finished a 3 day basics floristry course with Shelley (the owner). Shelley created a casual and relaxed atmosphere. She went above and beyond with sharing her techniques and knowledge. She was beyond patient with all participants (as majority of us were beginners , and we even broke a few flowers). Flowers were fresh and designs were lovely. Shelley offered all participants a complimentary beverage or refreshment from her Cafe. Thanks for a lovely experience Shelley.

I went here to buy flowers for a friend. The shop is small but I saw they were having a class at the back. I showed the florist a picture of the colours I was looking for. She recommended 2 bunches snap dragons and roses. She quickly put it together and wrapped it up. It was arranged very nicely. I enquired about keeping them fresh overnight and she cut 2 snips at the bottom of yhe bouquet and said to place it in a vase overnight. The flowers stayed fresh

The owners, Shelly and Guy, are lovely folks who really know their craft. They made a beautiful wreath for my grandma’s funeral, which really helped my family honour her memory. Highly recommended.

Went there for a class with my mother and my sister. We all had a great time and even got to keep our flowers that we made unlike some other courses I have taken my sister to. I truly recommend for anyone who wants to learnt more about this art.

Shockingly rude customer service. I walked in looking for a bunch of flowers for my Mother-in-law. I don't know much about flowers and the different stages of when they bloom so I was asking a few questions to what appeared to be the owner.Mid-way through our conversation, another lady walked in asking for some flowers. The owner immediately stopped talking to me and starts chatting to the other lady. She then continues to ignore me. Personally I thought that was so rude but I kept my thoughts to myself and continued to look at the different bunches on display.I approach the owner asking for some prices. THE FIRST THING she does is pick up a bunch of flowers and says "These are cheap flowers, this looks like something you want!. Then she continues to say "you don't know anything about flowers". Rude comments by the owner.Then I asked what time they closed as I was planning to bring my daughter back to pick a bunch of flowers for her Grandma. The owner then tells me "We are closed all the time for ppl like you. Why are you asking what time I close? You are very rude".Sorry but whattttt....! I couldnt believe it. I was furious at this stage because the owner seemed to feel personally attacked by my general questions. Sorry but answering questions is apart of general customer service - I wasn't even trying to be rude at all. That's what gets to me... I was not rude at all.I couldn't justify spending money with her. As much as I love to support local businesses - I was not happy at all. I was also disappointed that this is my local florist. So now I'm left to purchase elsewhere."

Great service, great pricing and amazing flowers ! Same day delivery once i called that morning - i will definitely return! thank you so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST ! the owner is great.

I went to them for my graduation flowers and they did not disappoint, absolutely beautiful arrangement which included some preserved flowers as well. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Went there for a class today with my sister, had the most pleasant experience. Shelly is adorable and full of so much knowledge when it comes to flowers and arrangements. Really enjoyed ourselves and got to take home our beautiful arrangement. Thank you so much Shelly ❤️
