My wife received the worst cut, colour and style and was charged almost $300 by the time she purchased the products she was pressured into buying. Be warned this salon provides over priced poor quality service.

Had my hair cut here for the first time recently. Very impressed with the cut I received. First time in a long time that I haven't been able to pick any faults with the cut I'd been given, so I'm more than pleased. (No, I'm not overly fussy. Have just had one too many uneven cuts). Great customer service, very friendly staff, and Cameron went above my expectations. Thank you! I look forward to my next cut.

I went to this Hairdresser today for the first time. I would recommend them. I was made to feel comfortable - they asked a lot of questions as to what style I wanted and also made suggestions. I am pleased with the result and I will go back again. Also the music they played was so relaxing. The foot did tap and made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR A HAIRCUT. Very dissatisfied with how they deal with customers. Customer service and attitude is terrible. The daughter of the owner is rude, unprofessional, extremely defensive and unwilling to listen to customer's point of view when feedback is given to them.

I always feel like a million dollars when I walk out of Get Smart. It has a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Glenn is definitely the best hairdresser I've ever had. My kids agree too, they look awesome when they've had haircuts as Glenn always does a wonderful job. He's happy to try new styles and the latest trends.

Staff is very rude ! especially the manager! Overpriced! I have short hair and they wanted to charge me over 900$ for simple coloring. when I asked about hair colouring hairdresser said about $280, but no one told that this will be for the half session. I thought it was for the whole hair coloring procedure! later I called them in the salon and wanted to explain the situation, but my English is not very good and I asked my friend to help! but when she called and introduced herself the manager yelled at her ! The way he was talking to her is very rude and disrespectful ! in the end, my husband and I came to talk! and when my husband helped me in the conversation, the manager rudely told him: Who are you and why are you talking instead of her?"when we tried to tell them why the full amount was not immediately named

I have been going to Get Smart at least once a week for nearly 14 years now. The staff are excellent, polite and attentive. They are all well trained and really take the time to get to know what you really want. I'm delighted with their performance and since I have had my hair 'done' expensively all over the world incl. London, New York, Paris and many other places too numerous to mention - Get Smart beats them all hands down.Great place to go, with consistently good results and pampering - what more could you ask for, I moved to Devonport from Brisbane 15 years ago and whilst my hairdresser their was good - the cost factor for a wash and blow dry was $79 per week then, 15 yrs later I'm only paying $45 - 50 - what's not to like!
