Shutters are ok but 3 key areas were not communicated well at all. With our concerns not addressed, has left the job looking unprofessional. Still (many weeks later) waiting on Braiden the owner to get back to us that Dylan from customer service promised us a callback from. Nothing. You’d think the owner of the business would want to follow up on complaints.

Shutters were delivered exactly when promised and they look fantastic. Installer was very diligent in handling and installing them. I’m so happy with them.

I did my research and got a few quotes for outdoor straight drop awnings. Went with ShuttersAust as they have a lifetime warranty on parts and a 10 year warranty on the fabric and a 2 week guarantee installation timeframe. Other places only offered 12 months or 5 years warranty and up to 6 weeks lead time. Sales person was friendly and the installers were efficient. Highly recommended!

Service is poor and impersonal, installers do not always come within the agreed time frame, customers have to chase up for repairs or reinstallation, communication between departments (service/installers/factory) is weak.If you want Roman blinds do NOT use this company.They have had to come back 4 times already (waiting now for 5th!) as they have repeatedly cut the blinds too long so they drag in the floor - and as Romans stretch over time this would just get worse. The last time they came, one of the blinds was broken so they took it away. Today they replaced that blind with a broken one and had to take it away again.

We love our shutters!! All the staff were professional and very helpful, from the start to finish it all ran so smoothly.David and the install team were great, they did an awesome job. Shutters Australia recently installed outdoor shutters and blinds on our Vergola. This area is an extreme wind area on top of a building, so was not an ordinary or standard job.The sales team were very helpful and understanding the requirements of the space, facilitated contact for us with the installers and subject matter experts early in the process so we could really discuss the requirements and details of the job. The technical staff were exceptionally helpful in providing information about specifications and providing samples and details about the installation to ensure we were comfortable and knew exactly what would be installed.On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and were ready to go. They did a great job on the installation and were very respectful of the site. They discussed the details collaboratively with us throughout the day to deliver an amazing product for us to enjoy with our friends and family.We would like to sincerely thank the Shutters Australia team for their service and excellent product. From sales through to aftercare, they have been exceptionally organised, proactive and professional. Unfortunately one of the 'zips' on the roller blind that locks it into the side part appears to have become misaligned. This is a minor issue

We had a massive shutters project with over 15 large windows with several cathedral height measuring over 2.6m in length. We had left it for so long because we were certain this would cost big $$$ so initially a DIY seemed the most cost effective approach.However, Shutters Australia came to the party with a quote that matched a competitive online DIY quote - they would own the whole project from measure, double measure, manufacture, assemble and install.Shutters went in yesterday, the whole house was done in half a day and the result is absolutely amazing.
