Small class sizes are great and the teachers have great energy and humour and are having fun too. They are well supervised and lots of options with times. The make up lesson policy is awesome too.. you have the next block to do your make up lessons.

Lovely teachers, nice atmosphere and great swimming program. They offer a good range of exercise classes and lap swimming too. My 5 y.o is very confident in water after swimming here since 2 months old. My almost 2 year old is now blowing bubbles with teacher Jean.

We have been happy with the customer service until the other day when meeting Anna, assumingly the new manager whom seemed like she was on a power trip. Her manner was aggressive and confronting, not just to my family, I had also witnessed her approach to be universally rude to other families. Not something we have been accustomed to when visiting the swimming centre. As previously all other experiences with staff members have been polite and accommodating where it was possible.Very disappointing if this is the new standard of customer service.

First time visitor and have signed up for a 3 month membership for lap swimming, facilities are great and staff are just wonderful and welcoming as were other users. My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Love it. My 1 year old daughter loves it too... Good facility. Warm and accommodating staff. Well trained trainers. We live at Mawson lakes ..so its only a 5min drive. I would recommend.

Adel is a great lady for me because I had a stroke nearly 3 years and she is ever accompanied for me and she’s always marking me feel I’m one off the group.

Large car park with plenty of spaces available, very easy to find front door entrance as well as toilet amenities. Food also available in front area. Pool itself has both steps and gripped incline into the water with railing however is only there for a 1/3 total pool size. Water itself is temperature controlled and both nice to get in/out of.Building itself is slightly loud for those who prefer quieter settings but overall very good.Being someone who isn't overly confident in water it was a huge help with getting into the pool with the incline.
