Amazed that membership includes a regular assessment by a trainer over 12 months. Lucky for me he found my blood pressure was through the roof, banned me until my doctor treated that!!!

Nice gym with a good selection of equipment and helpful freindly staff, they offer holiday passes if your only there for a week so that was nice.

This is a fabulous gym. I'll miss meeting up there with friends in the seniors classes. I am hopeful there will be enough govt support to enable you all to be there when the virus passes and gyms can open again. Stay safe gym staff.

Just recently joined this gym, yes it has a good selection of equipment. And very friendly staff. All inclusive, in my case I just plodding along with my routine never a problem.

The staff are always very friendly and caring. I have enjoyed being in a challenge with one of my workers to see who can attend the most visits in June 2021. Great family gym.

Very cool local gym. Friendly staff and unpretentious members. No gym bunnies or machine hoggers here!! Spin & yoga room available upstairs. Accepts Fitness Passport!! :-)
