I have bought a by cycle from dshop online. It did not came in assembled so I tried to fix it by myself. But it was not that easy as I have no experience. I gave up and looked for a nearby store who can help me to fix it.The business address is actually a house and his tools in the garage.The gentleman who used to looked after the business due to bad health condition can not do this things any more. He tried to help me but could not.From his intention to help me I am giving him this rating but if it's about the service I am sorry he will not get even one star as the purpose I have been there for, didn't resolved. I saw lots of good reviews that's why I was hopeful, I could fix my by cycle there.

Really excellent service, quick turnaround and unbelievably low prices.The technician is a retired bike shop owner, working from home. He puts his low prices down to the fact that he doesn’t have the overheads he used to with a shop.He did a full service and put a new tyre on my front wheel for less than I would have paid just to have a tyre replaced in any bike shop.I dropped my bike off with him at 1:30pm and it was ready by 4:30pm the same day.Effectively, he resurrected my old bike that had been sitting outside in my car port unused for 4 years. Now it runs like new.I highly recommend Clayton Cycle Repair Centre.

Very nice guy, I had an important event coming up (IM 70.3) and my tyres kept leaking (due to I have 90mm deep wheel and I have to buy tube extender for my tube, after retightening it many times I have given up) so I bought the wheel to him and he fixed it with in few minutes!And I believe that he charged me about 1/4th of the price from bike shop.More importantly, the reason why I decided to do this review is because even though his brother passed away early this morning and he wasn't going to fix the wheel for me. But after he asked me what I needed to be fixed he offered to help me out.Note: He doesn't fix di2, BB, high end or bikes with hydraulic brakes.

31 of January Arrived from Melbourne cycling and got a flat tire... had a google search and found this place, it was supposed to be closed 30 min ago but I had no other option so close and tried. I came in front of the house and I saw a man, asked if closed, he asked what was my problem, I explained 10 min later he had changed my tire and tube for 20 dollars. Done. So lucky. Thanks so much

Fast and efficient repairs, this guy knows what he's doing. Ran the Clayton bike shop in Clayton Rd for 40 years, and is now working from home. Highly recommended, just make sure to call ahead of time to make an appointment.

Old man is the man! Very helpful. Prices are cheap and very prompt with communicating. As a retired bikeshop owner, he is very honest in dealing with me. Will come back without hesitation.

I had a bike fixed here by a very genuine, helpful man. He charged just as much as he quoted over the phone even though he had to fix many other things as well. Tried to save me some money by using parts he had instead of me going to buy elsewhere. So quick and efficient as well, only took a couple hours! Can’t recommend enough :D No doubt would come back if I need bike repairs again.

I have had my bike fixed twice by Wally. He is quick, has quality tools and parts and cheaper than a bike shop. Very happy with this service will definitely come back again!
