We came into the store to buy some fabrics, but when asking the staff if they had the fabrics in store, one person said to have a look by where the fabrics were placed. When we couldn’t find what we wanted, we searched the entire store for another staff member who said that they didn’t know what one fabric was and forgot where they stored the other. Terrible service, will not be coming here again.

Poor display, messy store.I went in looking for papercraft scissors. Unable to find any and no staff were available to help.The papercraft range was very limited.

Store was a mess due to boxes of stock blocking aisles. Lack of dmc thread available as products were not restocked. Staff were friendly when they could be found, but were not easily visible.

Went in and was served by a girl named Sophi. She was wonderfully helpful and professional. Poor girl was running the place basically by herself but did a great job of it. Will definitely be back.

ONE BUTTON FOR 4 DOLLARS! The prices are just ridiculous here, not a lot of variety + items DONT HAVE price tags which is misleading! I found out the moment after tapping my card!Also the paint for fabric comes dry and can’t be used, the ones you will be able to use will not stick to the fabric you paint on and even after ironing they will transfer into the clothes.No quality products, missing information… I’m not buying here again. One star is too much!
