Excellent service. Walked in when a young family was inside. The lady immediately sent another person out to help me. Great service and expertise. Great deal too! Got a Commencal Supreme mini DH 2 for $1700 when they normally sell for $4000. Definitely recommended. 5/5

Absolutely fantastic sales experience.. not pushy, second to none product knowledge and a fantastic range to pick from! I felt like they had all the time for me as opposed to the other store that want to rush you out the door.. highly recommend:)

Terrible and disgusting attitude from old lady owner. She has completely trashed the reputation of a once great store. I feel so sorry for Mark

Very friendly service with attention to detail. Willing to spend the time to explain the differences between the bikes I was looking at and explain the advantages. After the terrible service I'd suffered at Anaconda Lidcombe it was refreshing to have old fashioned service. Even helped me get it in the car after purchase. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5.Service;The service is friendly and they are knowledgeable regarding bikes, bicycle products, bike servicing, skateboards, scooters and safety products.I have used this store for 7 years therefore I definitely vouch for the service quality.Value for money;Comparitive to KMART, CSS prices are more expensive, However- I find the quality of the bikes to be far sturdier and a better quality.Clealiness; Store is always clean and professionally arranged, organized etc.Product range; As seen from the photos the product range is large, varied and caters for all genders and ages. I cannot fault them.X-factor;Due to the great service knowledge, quality product and free 6 month bike servicing they provided - I have deliberately come back again and again. On one occasion I left the servicing for a year later - and still I got a FREE service which was over and above expectations. Please like and share my review if you found it helpful. TKU :)

Mark and Amanda are amazing to deal with and are the best in the business. We buy and service our bikes only from here as this family owned business emits honesty and expertise.Robert

Friendly, but beware of sticker shock for their servicing.Being our closest bike shop, I went in close to closing time a few months ago to re-look at the issue I was having with a noisy drivetrain. They couldn't find anything much the first time (other than a loose pedal) but I was still having problems. They offered to look at my bike on the spot which I appreciated as it was nearly closing time. So as I was talking to them about the issues, they took apart the bottom bracket (as I said someone else at the store thought there may have been water in there after I washed the bike) but it was all OK and dry. They then suggested lubing the chain but decided on replacing the chain instead (I guess I implicitly gave my consent by not saying 'no' but I didn't say 'yes' either). All of this happened in the 15-20 minutes we were chatting & working on the bike with no mention about any of the costs of what they were doing or planning to do. After my test ride confirmed the noise was gone, I went to pay and was taken aback with the total cost coming to over $100 (including the chain). I understand that probably isn't much for many bike repairs, but the fact that I had no idea in advance what the costs were for what they were doing was what I found most annoying. And they just assumed I would want done whatever they were suggesting without asking me to confirm especially since the cost wasn't insignificant. And since my bike was pretty old that I didn't use that much, I probably would have lived with the noise if I knew the fix was going to be over $50.So in summary, they are friendly and can fix your issues, but confirm the cost of what they're planning to do in advance and ask them to get your go ahead on any 'extra' services. Or else, you may get sticker shock too.

Just dropped in cos I had lost a screw of my rack. They were super friendly and helpful and fitted a new one for me & also gave me a valve cap cos I was missing one at no charge! It's nice to see such altruism in this day and age. Given this service I'd feel fully confident in buying a bike from here, knowing if anything went wrong they would give top notch service. They had some nice electric-assist bikes there too which looked pretty cool! Lady even said I should test ride one next time, think I just may! :)

I bought a new bike from Concord Sports Store in August last year. When I bought the bike, I asked what would be required to maintain the bike and I ensured that this was always done. 3 months later I took my bike for a service, I was told that it would need a new chain and cassette. Being a brand new bike I assumed this would be covered under the warranty, however I was informed that it was not under then warranty and it was due to 'wear and tear' and had to pay full price for these to be replaced. A month later the same issue occurred to a friend of mine who had bought the same bike, having to replace both the chain and cassette. A chain and cassette should not need to replaced in 3 months for the amount both my friend and I paid for our bikes. I would not recommend these guys unless you want to be ripped off!
