This gym has the best community I could ask for. The manager Kathryn greets everyone at the door with a big smile. The gym environment is very welcoming and great for lifters of all levels.

Hands down the nicest gym I’ve ever been to! Amazing environment to workout in, especially with the huge range of equipment and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this gym for people of any skill/ fitness level.

Marcus and his team are friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. The gym is conveniently located and always clean. Not as many big egos here as I've come across at other gyms and fair pricing. Not the biggest gym in the northern suburbs but had everything you need.

Updated since Paul left it had changed, you now get locked into contracts, maker sure you know what your getting into. Disappointing.Just joined up with our family, Paul was an amazing help and included the whole family. The place has a good level of equipment and looks really clean and tidy.I cant wait to get stuck in.
