I've been a member of Yoga Synergy Newtown for several years now, and many others have been practicing at the studio for over two decades. It's truly an incredible place! The teachers are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Yoga. They make each class enjoyable and challenging, and always provide support and encouragement. I highly recommend Yoga Synergy to anyone, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Great teachers and great vibe. Do yourself a favour and join a yoga studio that won't greet you with attitude or leave you with injuries. Yoga Synergy has a welcoming feel and you can do beginners poses through to advanced poses in any class. I like the focus on moving safely.

I have been doing yoga at Yoga Synergy for years. All the teachers are professional and supportive. The sequences allow participants to work at their own level to improve strength, flexibility and balance. I always come away from a class feeling great - relaxed but energised.

I have been going to yoga synergy for over 10 years and i love their methodical approach to yoga instruction. Yoga that prioritises posture and safety. It has been magic in relieving my lower back pain. And i love the practice to music.

I can only recommend yoga synergy to anyone in search of a meaningful yoga practice. I love the beautiful energy during the classes and the caring guidance of the teachers through the sequences. The 9 weeks sequences are build in a way that we can progress at our own pace, to our own ability and learn the movements week by week until we can move through the whole flow sequence by ourselves without the need for the teacher instructions. This type of yoga practice is not about performance, it is about mindfulness.

Yoga Synergy is going strong after many years of first-rate classes. After living overseas, we came back and had a wonderful sequence of classes - highly expert, very well structured, dynamic and enjoyable. As always, very welcoming and inclusive.
